REFUND POLICY 

Service Refunds are outlined below per the different services that are provided by Fre-Q LLC. 

INITIAL ASSESSMENT REFUND POLICY 

Your In-Person Assessment session comes with a full money-back guarantee if you feel you are dissatisfied with the services outlined and you speak up immediately, a FULL REFUND will be provided. To date, I have never issued a single refund for any services. 100% of my customers leave and stay happy! 

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY 

Monthly memberships are offered as an opportunity for customers to be able to pick and choose specific programs during a 30-day period of time. This membership can be canceled at any time during the 30-day period and membership services will be stopped immediately, but REFUNDS are NOT offered for Monthly Memberships. 

FREQUENCY TARGETED SESSION REFUND POLICY 

The targeted frequency sessions are designed around your specific needs and provided information, but designing them takes a lot of work. However, if we are not happy, let me work with you directly to resolve any concerns or frustrations on the spot. If you are unhappy with how your frequency healing session is going, please speak up or clarify your request, and we can easily change the direction the session is going to address your concerns or offer a FULL REFUND. 

ANIMAL TARGETED FREQUENCY SESSION REFUND POLICY 

Animal frequency sessions are specific to the needs of each animal.  These sessions require the Pet’s owners to provide feedback communication every 48hrs over the duration of the 14-day frequency program. As nobody will know or understand your pet’s behavior better than you, only you can provide the feedback needed to improve the programming for each animal. That being said, if you are unsatisfied with the frequency services offered, a FULL REFUND will be provided.   

DETOX SESSION REFUND POLICY 

The Herxheimer Reaction is an auto immune system reaction to the toxins (endotoxins) that are released when large amounts of pathogens are being killed off, and the body does not eliminate the toxins quickly enough. This is why I stress the importance of proper hydration when attempting to detox. As the body detoxifies, it is not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms including headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea, or other symptoms. It is for this reason, that NO REFUNDS will be offered for any detoxification session. 

COLD LASER LIGHT THERAPY REFUND POLICY 

LLLT sessions are applied to specific locations on the body, and are considered highly effective, pain-free alternatives to surgery. Before any refunds will be provided for this service, please know that these sessions can take multiple visits to resolve long-term seated issues. However, if for any reason during or immediately after receiving a cold laser therapy session you are dissatisfied or unhappy with the therapy session a FULL REFUND will be provided. 

Appointment Cancellation Policy 

All clients must book an appointment online (not over the phone or text), and no appointments will be honored without a confirmed booked time-slot that is paid for in advance. Important: Previous No-Shows must pre-pay for any subsequent appointments and are also subject to cancellation fees, which include the FULL amount of the session you missed. You will not be able to book a new appointment until you pay for the one you missed, in addition to the new one you want to book. 

Please remember to pre-pay with your Credit or Debit Card via the Stripe payment option to secure your generator position or your session will be canceled 12-24 hours in advance of your start time. 

Please be advised if any refund is provided via Stripe, there may be a 4/5-day processing time before the funds are applied back to the card used for purchase.
